Notary Public
A Notary Public is a person who has legal authority and is an impartial witness in the signing of documents. By applying their commissioned information, the documents then become legally valid. The main reason a notary is used is to deter fraud.
As a Notary I will NOT notarize :
- Incomplete documents
- A document that lacks a notarial certificate (I cannot give out legal advice or recommendations)
- If I suspect that the document is illegal in any way
- Vital Records (such as birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates)
LOAN SIGNING (Remote)
Loan Signing Agents work with real estate transactions. I am strictly a Remote Notary Signing Agent. My goal is to assist your clients by walking them through the documents necessary to close a home purchase or refinance an existing property, etc. remotely via their computers or laptops. I am able to work remotely by utilizing Remote Online Notary (RON) Platforms (Online Notary Center and Cyberizeit) making transactions smooth and convenient for your clients. It is my obligation to verify the identity of the person(s) signing the loan, and ensure that all documents can be read and understood by the signer(s), signed and initialed in all of the required areas.
Apostille AuthenTicator
The word Apostille is of French origin meaning "certification". An Apostille is the name for a specialized certified document issued by the Secretary of State (state of origin) to be used in the foreign country (country of designation). To further explain, Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, court orders, or any other document issued by a federal agency or certified by an American or foreign consul. There is a different process used for Hague and Non-Hague countries. As an Apostille Authenticating Agent, I will make sure that your documents are treated as though they were my own, processed correctly and delivered in a timely manner. There are certain times where my services can be expedited. Accuracy is of utmost importance to avoid loss of time, money, and rejection.
